What are your decorations made from?

Do your decorations have a strong scent?
Our decorations have a naturally warm, spiced aroma that is generally subtle rather than overpowering. The fragrance is most noticeable when you're close to the piece, making it a lovely addition to your space without being as strong as a candle or diffuser. Scent intensity varies depending on the ingredients used.
How long does the fragrance last?
The natural fragrance gradually softens over time. Depending on the spices used and where the decoration is displayed, a light aroma may linger for several years or longer. While the scent will eventually fade, the decoration can continue to be enjoyed for its natural beauty.
Are your decorations safe for pets?
Our decorations are intended for display only and should be kept out of reach of pets. Some of the natural ingredients, particularly cloves, can be harmful to animals if ingested. We recommend displaying them in areas where curious pets cannot chew or consume them. If your pet ingests any part of a decoration, contact your veterinarian.
Are the spices used in your decorations edible?

We ship across Canada. Customers in the United States are welcome to contact us to enquire about available shipping options.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by carrier delays or busy holiday periods.
Can I track my order?

What is your return and refund policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
